The house is situated in Foz do Arelho, near Obidos, on the beautiful Silver Coast of Portugal and has fabulous views of Obidos lagoon, which you can walk to in less than 5 minutes. The stunning Foz beach is only a 10 minute walk from the house.

The house comprises 3 double bedrooms, all with balconies, sleeping up to six people, with a spacious lounge / diner, modern kitchen and outside rear seating area with barbecue. There is also a front courtyard and communal area with infinity swimming pool.

  • Kitchen. Luxury modern kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
  • Bathroom with WC and basin.

Basement

  • Accessed directly from the house.
  • Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
  • Bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 1. Master bedroom with king size bed, large built in wardrobe and dressing area with ensuite bathroom. Ensuite comprising bath, shower, vanity unit, basin and WC.
  • Bedroom 2. With 2 single beds, large built in wardrobe.
  • Bedroom 3. With 2 single beds, large built in wardrobe.
  • Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit, basin, bidet and WC.

All bedrooms have a balcony with superb views of the lagoon and additional seating so that you may enjoy the view.

Exterior

  • Leading from the dining room at the rear of the villa there is a private courtyard ideal for Alfresco dining, with table and chairs together with large brick built BBQ.
